Today in our Maths work, the children had to identify 3D shapes from their nets and then talk about the properties of their shape with the class. The children then had great fun choosing and then making their own 3D shape. Before they could make it, they had to predict what shape they expected to create and explain how they knew.
As you can see from the photographs, the children loved cutting, sticking and creating while learning about shape. They did a great job! I'm sure you'll agree that they all looked fantastic!
Well done Sycamore Class.
